RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Returns should be within 14 days of delivery date.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without submitting a return request first and it gets approved from our side.
- Item has been lost.
- Item is damaged (physical damage of the product occurred during the shipping process, improper packaging that caused the damage)
- Clothezilla wasn't able to meet the delivery terms agreed upon (items were delivered later than what was promised).
- Wrong/different items from what have been ordered (according to the description provided by the seller).
- In case of receiving a physically damaged product(s) from the courier, the incident should be reported within 2 days starting from the delivery date ( including the regular and national holidays) to be able to take the proper action, reporting past this period will not be valid.
- For all prepaid orders, we do offer a refund on credit card. However, the same is not applicable for cash on delivery orders.
- Cash On Delivery orders will have its refund through post office, Bank transfer or you can choose to have a gift card, knowing that the refund method cannot be changed after your confirmation.
- Because we care about your order, the courier won’t be able to let you check the order while delivering it to you. You would have to receive your order from the courier and pay the required amount then you can request a return within 14 days and get a full refund.
